Terms of Service

Agentas provides AI voice agent deployment and management for service businesses. Our platform answers your inbound calls, captures leads, books appointments, routes calls according to your rules, and syncs with your CRM — all through a custom AI voice agent trained on your business information.

• Agentas Standard: $250 one-time setup fee plus $700 per month.
• Agentas HIPAA: $750 one-time setup fee plus $3,000 per month, for businesses that require HIPAA-compliant handling of call and patient data.

Plan changes, custom voice agent development, and additional phone numbers may be quoted separately.

There is no long-term contract. All subscriptions are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle begins. After cancellation, service continues through the end of the current billing period.

All fees are non-refundable. Fees for the current billing period will not be prorated or refunded upon cancellation.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Agentas, you consent to receive promotional and service-update text messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.
• You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agentas is not responsible for messages that are delayed, intercepted, or not delivered by your mobile carrier.

You agree to use the Agentas platform only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to send unsolicited communications, to misrepresent your identity or business, to harass or defraud callers, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including TCPA and telemarketing rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing language, and disclosures you provide for your agent.

The Agentas service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the service. Agentas’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Agentas in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
